The European Library of EUST, EUSTEL, will be the greatest and fullest European Library in China, with the contributions from the European Union, companies, governments and non-government organizations from Europe.  

EUSTEL supports and develops educational projects with interested European organizations, sponsors seminars, produces bulletins and materials with information on developments in the region and the world on issues corresponding to the influence and progress of EUST with Europe.
